Proxima

A work orchestrator for agent-directed software.

Blueprint diagram of a central orchestrator connected to chat, tasks, worktrees, review, schedules, and quality gates

What the system needed to solve.

Agent-assisted development becomes difficult to trust when conversations, code changes, review, and task state live in separate tools.

The product needed a durable way to connect intent, execution, evidence, and human approval without hiding what the agents changed.

How I directed the work.

Defined a product model around conversations, tasks, isolated worktrees, diffs, reusable recipes, schedules, and approval gates.

Directed agent implementation through written specifications, acceptance criteria, behavior checks, and iterative diff review.

Kept completion claims tied to observable behavior so a finished task means more than generated code.

  • React and TypeScript progressive web client.
  • Integrated chat, tasks, worktrees, diff review, recipes, schedules, and multi-agent workflows.

My responsibility

  • Product framing and scope decisions
  • PRDs, architecture constraints, and acceptance criteria
  • Agent direction, code review, and behavioral validation
