Persona prompts often describe tone but fail to define how an agent should make decisions, structure work, or preserve consistency across tasks.
Large monolithic prompts are difficult to reuse and harder to maintain as the agent role changes.

Separated identity, tone, working method, and task modules into composable playbooks.
Used templates so a persona can stay recognizable while the operating context changes.
Kept the system readable and repository-native so agents and humans can inspect the same source.
