Multi-tenant Commerce Platform
A multi-tenant commerce SaaS with isolation and quality gates built in.
01
The problem
What the system needed to solve.
A multi-tenant commerce product has to move quickly without letting one storefront leak state or data into another.
The product also needed a repeatable way to prove core journeys before being presented as production-ready.
02
The approach
How I directed the work.
Defined tenant boundaries and commerce journeys as acceptance criteria before implementation.
Directed agent-built features through end-to-end tests, isolation checks, and performance gates.
Kept the live deployment behind a pre-launch gate while the product and operational checks continued.

Delivered and owned
What was built, and what I owned.
Measured or shipped
- Tenant boundaries defined as acceptance criteria before implementation began.
- End-to-end journeys and tenant-isolation checks run green as a release gate.
- Mobile performance budgets enforced on launch-critical pages behind a pre-launch gate.
Owned surface
- PRD and tenant model
- Agent-directed implementation
- E2E and isolation acceptance criteria
- Pre-launch quality review
