The problem
What the system needed to solve.
A multi-tenant commerce product has to move quickly without letting one storefront leak state or data into another.
The product also needed a repeatable way to prove core journeys before being presented as production-ready.

How I directed the work.
Defined tenant boundaries and commerce journeys as acceptance criteria before implementation.
Directed agent-built features through end-to-end tests, isolation checks, and performance gates.
Kept the live deployment behind a pre-launch gate while the product and operational checks continued.

Measured or shipped
- Ten storefronts represented in the product.
- Fourteen green end-to-end scenarios and fourteen tenant-isolation checks.
- Lighthouse scores above 90 on measured launch-critical pages.
